Production & Processing Facilities
Juran Benchmarking benchmarks the operational performance of oil and gas production facilities (both onshore and offshore) and processing facilities on an annual basis. Participation in this program includes International Oil Companies, National Oil Companies and smaller Independent Oil Companies from across the globe.
The scope of the benchmarking program focuses on the operational efficiency and effectiveness of oil and gas processing facilities. Efficiency is the expenditure of labour and materials, as well as manpower time expended. Effectiveness focuses on the quality of performance outcomes, including HSSE, process safety, reliability, availability, integrity and maintenance management, HR and training, energy consumption, and facility utilisation.
